Welcome to City Boys Barbershop. We strive to provide the best service possible.

 

Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds for services provided by our barbers.

1. Appointment Cancellations - Clients can cancel their appointments up to 1 hour before the scheduled time without any charges. - Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

2. No-Show Policy - If a client does not show up for their appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of $10 may be charged. - Repeated no-shows may result in the client being required to prepay for future appointments.

3. Refunds for Services - Refunds for services are generally not provided once the service has been rendered. - If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 1 day of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to address the issue and find a satisfactory resolution.

4. Prepaid Services - If you have prepaid for a service and need to cancel, you may be eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made within the allowed time frame

5. Special Circumstances - In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and may offer a refund or reschedule the appointment at our discretion.
